"This is off HWY 101 the Coast range where there are lot's of outdoor activities to enjoy. It's a small town and the neighbors have been there for 27 years. There is a lot of Ocean views from aroumd the area of the coast. There is a Safeway Wal Mart Fred Meyers."

"There are many busy roads much closer to your home than you think. Any animals need to be kept fenced or inside. Children need to be constantly supervised, even in fenced yards. It’s more dangerous than you expect with how quiet the neighborhood is. "
