About this Apartment

Welcome to your newly renovated and inviting 1bed, 1 bath home! New everything! This sweet spot features a modern kitchen with brand-new appliances and ample storage. The living room is bright as light pours in from the tons of natural light from the big front window.

Convenient parking is available onsite. Located in near Firestone park and Route 77, this property offers easy access to amenities. All utilities are renter responsibility.

We offer standard one-year leases and do not provide short-term leasing options. Utilities are not included in the lease. Residents are responsible for setting up electric service in their name, and we will bill back for gas, water and sewer and trash monthly.

We welcome up to two animals per apartment with proof of vaccination. Service animals are accepted with proper documentation. There is a $35 monthly pet rent per animal.

All resident communication and rent payments are handled exclusively through AppFolio, which serves as our main platform for maintenance requests, announcements, and monthly rent payments.

    "This is a nice neighborhood, people keep to themselves but wave hello when walking past. Not a lot of issues with loud people or disruptive noise. I’ve felt comfortable knocking on a neighbor’s door when necessary. People maintain their properties well, I feel safe walking around, and there are frequently kids playing outside or people walking their dogs. I feel safe letting my children play outside. "
