About this Apartment

This 2 bedroom, 1 bath downstairs unit has a spacious living room / dining room combination. Breakfast bar in the kitchen, new counter tops, updated light fixtures throughout, fresh paint throughout and, my favorite, nice LVP waterproof flooring throughout! These floors are easy to clean and look great with area rugs! This unit also has one off street parking spot.

Owner pays water, sewer, garbage and yard maintenance. All electric units. No smoking, no pets, no growing.

 For the benefit and safety of current occupants and to maximize time efficiency for the prospective tenant and property manager, WE REQUIRE APPROVED APPLICATIONS TO SHOW THE UNITS.
