5220 Ditzler Ave. Raytown, MO - This is a very sharp two-bedroom apartment. Laundry room/ hookups . Off street parking is included as well. and is just a mile from foot ball stadium, 435 HWY.
The rent is $875.00 per month with an additional $10.00 mo. common area maintenance fee.

There is no deposit required, but we use Rhino as a deposit alternative. With Rhino you pay a small monthly premium instead of having to supply a security deposit. The application fee is $50 per person 18 and older.
