Description

Private Bedrooms Available Across from Centennial Science Hall Individual Lease, No Group Needed, Much Less Than a One-Bedroom.

Live directly across from Centennial Science Hall at UWRiver Fallssteps from the center of campus.

Private bedrooms are currently available at this location and are leased on an individual basis.

We've leased hundreds of individual bedrooms in similar off-campus homes here in River Falls over the past 20+ years. This setup has consistently worked well with very few issues reported.

Most residents in homes like this don't come in knowing each otherand it typically ends up feeling a lot like dorm-style living. Everyone has their own space, keeps their own routine, and the shared setup stays pretty low-key.

The living room is there if you want it, but most residents keep their own routines and use it occasionally.

Most people who lease a single room are surprised by how little of a factor roommates actually end up being day-to-day.

Each bedroom is private with a locking door, and leases are individual, so you're not financially tied to anyone else.

Current Living Environment:
5-bedroom townhouse layout.
Rooms leased individually.
Generally a quiet living environment, including weekends.
Most residents keep to themselves and follow their own routines.

Pricing:
$410$495 per month depending on bedroom size.
Utilities flat $65/month (landlord managed).
Trash and high-speed internet included and set up.
Free off-street parking available.

Most people look at studios or one-bedrooms first, then realize they can live here for significantly less in a better location near campus. Availability changes as rooms are leased, and early applicants typically have more options than those who wait.

Inside the Townhouse:
Five private bedrooms.
Two full bathrooms with oversized vanities.
Large open living room and kitchen.
Modern kitchen with refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, and microwave.
In-unit washer and dryer (not coin-operated).
Strong soundproofing between units.
Responsive full-time local maintenance.

Flexible Options:
Rent your own private bedroom.
Option to share select larger bedrooms with a friend to reduce cost.
No need to coordinate a full five-person group before leasing.
