Many tenants who didn't think they qualify do. To move in tenant pays admin.fee of 225.00, first month rent and security deposit which is equal to first month!

Our suggestion is to drive by a property at several different times of the day and you will get a very realistic feel for what you can expect when you live at this property.

However to protect our owners, we do not allow tenants to make changes or repairs to the property including painting it except for special exceptions.

Pets: Pets are allowed at this unit, we don't charge a pet deposit however we charge 25.00 per pet with a limit of 2 pets per unit.
