"The Third Ward has easy access to the freeway as well as to downtown and the lakefront. My commute is to the south side and it is an easy drive, with the option to use the freeway or a leisurely drive through the fifth ward. "

"This neighborhood is fantastic! It has great restaurants, coffee shops and places for a drink. There's a dog park going in across the river and it's right next to Lakeshore State Park. The whole place - residents and businesses - all come together for a stronger community."

"This is the best neighborhood for owning a dog! Everyone has dogs! For a city area there is a lot of green space and little parks here and there. Unfortunately no designated dog park. The closest dog park is in Bay View about 10 mins away by car. "
