Live in the quiet Riverview neighborhood! This downstairs unit has a full kitchen and washer/dryer. It has parking in front and takes dogs (no cats). $300 pet deposit and $35/month, pet rent per pet. Students ok with references, but no smokers. Tenants pay for electricity and $40/month per person for W/S/T. Actual move in date may vary depending on when unit is ready. Schedule a tour today!

If you want to drop off anything after hours, utilize the drop box outside our office - just make sure to label payments with your name and the rental address. Once we have ALL applications, we will process them and let you know whether you are approved.
