"Good neighborhood I like it but everyone has their own opinion about things. I lived here for about 2 years and had no problems it’s very quiet but be careful because sometimes we get some wild animals time from time but other then that I don’t have any complaints."

"Nice 3.5 mile bike commute to the UofA. Decent bus routes and streetcar option, but cycling is convenient and safe on bike lanes and routes the whole way. "

"I was raised in this neighborhood and absolutely love it. Most of the neighbors are original owners (since 1956) or they are younger generations of the same families. People are friendly, loving, and protective of one another but not at all intrusive. The area is safe, traffic is slow, and people jog along our street, walk their dogs, and ride their bikes. Many people come to our corner of the neighborhood to visit the little chapel across the street. There is a shrine to El Seor de los Milagros, a Jesus crucifix that has been in my neighbor’s family for over 500 years. Visitors from around the world, as well as a steady stream of locals, pray and make pilgrimages to this little chapel. I believe prayers and a connection to God resonate at a very high frequency, and it is a privilege to have given life to a lovely house, in the same corner as this beautiful and powerful energy. I have no doubt Menlo Park is an up-and-coming neighborhood. It is as close as you can get to downtown without being in the high rent district. Within a short walk is a Farmer’s Market, a trolley/street car, the Santa Cruz River exercise trail, and a Pima College campus. The U of A is only 3 miles away and the freeway is 1/2 mile away. Needless to say, this location hits a lot of target areas and is a hub of activity. I will always love this neighborhood and no matter where I live in the world, I will forever be a Menlo Parker at heart."
