"A lady likes to walk her dog everyday which is fine but she purposely stands in front of our house or purposely chooses to turn around in front of our house to make our dogs go CRAZY "

"I lived in this neighborhood for 15 years , I seen it go from peaceful to loud and dirty. The kids are running in the streets. People are moving a lot of people into there single family homes and there yards are covered with cars and junk. And some of the neighbors are nosey and trouble makers."

"Very few homes here have privacy fences to let your dog roam in your own backyard. Some homes have small metal fences which are very easy to dogs to jump or no fences at all."

"I've lived in this neighborhood for 7 years, the police station is about 100 yards away so the area is very safe. A quick 10 minute walk will have you on Spring Street for food, bars, and the walking bridge. It's a great, up and coming neighborhood, the new school that's being built is about 100 yards away from this home."
