  • Cspiccoli
"Little falls is a great town filled with people that genuinely care about their neighborhoods, schools, businesses and community. If you’re looking for a small town feel, with easy access to the city, this is someplace to consider in your search. "
  • Trulia User
"I’ve lived in this area for 17 years and have been pleased with the community. It is clean and people, for the most part, are friendly and helpful. "
  • Emonxx
"I work nearby so not bad but getting to nyc might take about a hour or so. Usually I drive to my job and there’s no traffic "
  • Daniel L.
"Great neighborhood people need to learn to lock your car doors. There has been a few car brake ins. Other than that great neighborhood."
  • Jenniferhearney
"It is a nice neighborhood, close to public transportation. Good schools and and local businesses. The area feels safe. "
  • Lcintron
"Everyone that has pets respect you home and picks up after their pets. neighbors with pets are friendly are. "
  • Maria R.
"Diverse yet still very safe. Get good government services from snow removal, road maintenance and public schools"
  • Steve
"Little Falls has a small town feel. It’s 15 minutes from the city, 45 min from the beach, 1 hour away from snowboarding and skiing, 8 minutes from hospital. Good restaurants, mall 2 minutes away in wayne. "
  • mrslroberson
"I've lived here for 8 years. It's pretty quiet and it's very safe. It's close to everything, and there are a few cute parks for my children to play in. Sadly, we are moving because I want more diversity "
  • Di F.
"Small town. But a lots of people. Culture dynamic with traditional values in town. Don’t really care of new comers, but don bother then neither."
  • Di F.
"Marie and Paul lives here. Every body knows everybody. Not an outsider’s town! People are nice but not really care much about new comers. School is very in convenient if you have multiple children in different age gap. Traffic is terrible on commute time. "
  • Zegeneralmood
"Don't buy in this area, it's a flood area and a flood plain. You will have to pay flood insurance along with trying to sell it in the future. Little Falls is known to flood and it doesn't matter where you buy, if it's in a flood area and especially a flood zone. The value will always be less then if you buy in a non flood area. "
