"This neighborhood has been attractiving urban pioneers for decades who fall in love with these beautiful historic Victorian homes and lovingly restore them. The neighborhood has a strong and active neighborhood association. Conventiently located to downtown (5 min) and all surrounding neighborhoods including the Tosa Village, Milwaukee Domes, Miller Park, Bayshore and Mayfair Mall. Excellent bus access and excellent neighborhood to bike commute from to most any direction. Highland Community School is a gem of a school located 1 mile from the neighborhood, as is Marquette University."
