"My commute time can depend on the trains sometimes since I live South of my employer. I can usually circumnavigate on Fenton Rd to head north when there is a train across Van Slyke Rd. There is a bus stop or 2 right on Atherton Rd on the edge of Crestbrook subdivision for those who rely on public transportation."

"There are lots of families and many of us parents look out for all of the neighborhood kids as they play. The area feels safe for older kids to ride their bikes freely."

"The city of Flint is slowly making improvements for the community but there is lack of funding to boost the amount and quality of improvements. This area has accessible public transportation and a variety of stores and restaurants."

"Like all cities there are some shady areas that are less desirable. The roads are horrible. Many nice areas & people. I have found that if you are respectful that is what you get in return. "

"I feel the police presence is needed more but other than that itās an OK neighborhood . The younger generation use the streets as a race track with no concern of the kids that are on the block for that reason I feel the police presence is needed more but other than that the street lights and well lit I donāt feel too much danger because I know the neighbors in this neighborhood"
