"Over priced and dangerous. Opioid epidemic is out of control. There are not enough Boston police to keep anyone safe. "

"The access to public transportation. It's overall beauty. This is a brick building part of the city with Victorian architecture and small parks. It feels homey, but it's near a lot of attractions too. There is quite a bit of art in the are as well, especially in music and dance. Also, there are reviving Fenway and that hosts many eateries. "
