"Access to public trains is a close 10 minute drive. I used to take the train but started driving when the new expressway opened. The expressway makes the commute much faster."

"Congested at times. The traffic lights are completely out of sync with each other making it worse. City will be adding more traffic lights that will not help."

"The sidewalks are always clean and have a nice gap away from the road. The only issue I have is the noise from traffic causing my dog to park sometimes. "

"I do not have a commute. My parents have lived here for over 20 years, and I moved in with them to help with my mother’s illness. It has steadily become more congested and traffic is not fabulous anywhere in DFW area. "

"I’ve lived in this neighborhood for 5 years and it’s not the best. Neighbors aren’t friendly, we have no sidewalks or streetlights. However, there is a very homey feel to the neighborhood and it is near plenty of great school for all ages. It is pretty scenic and all the homes are beautifully different. "
