"We have lived in this neighborhood for over seven years now. The neighborhood and the community in general are friendly folks. The mass majority of the residents take care of their properties. With the exception of a few egotistical neighbors most dog owners do pick up their dog waste as this is a great dog loving community. "

"This is a friendly neighborhood, people walk their dogs no problem, always leashed. Never heard of anybody having issues because of their dogs. The only main issue could be the fact that the subdivision is always visited by deer every evening and dogs always barking at them. Other than that, everything is fine."
