    "The Golf Club at Southern Highlands has Tree lined streets, with side walks on both sides of the street. Golf course with green grass the only one in LasVegas. Fireworks display on the 4th of July, Memorial Day, and for the governor black tie yearly event viewed from our backyard. Nice biking lanes throughout the Southern Highlands community. "
