    "I love this neighborhood! It’s quiet, safe, and conveniently located near all kinds of shops and restaurants. It’s one of the oldest neighborhoods in the city, according to one of my elderly neighbors, and the houses are charming. I’ve been in ABQ for nearly 20 years, and I’ve lived all over the city, and this has been my favorite so far. "

I’m not aware of any crimes in our immediate area and I listen to a scanner. Everything we need is within walking distance, and my kiddos take walks. We utilize local businesses from the pharmacy to the veterinarian across the street. "

Seeing dog droppings isn’t common but unfortunately there’s those few bad lemons that just leave their dogs business behind. Unfortunately another issue is the dog barking that happens often with owners ignoring them all day. Again, not often that it happens but it does. "
