    "It’s a nice neighborhood, not fond of the HOA the developers agreement in we have to pay /use infastructure/ cable -internet company too and you have no alternate choice. Anyways looks great landscaping is pricey, only one pool for a big and growing neighborhood."

    "It's back in a rural area in a former golf club community of about 250 homes. You have to have a car to get around. Some of the neighbors get around in golf carts. There are no stores or churches in this community. People hear are friendly to each other or they keep to themselves."
