"There are lots of dogs. Always see people walking their dogs and playing with them outside. There are dog parks around and dog friendly beaches. "
  • Sonyaforeman81
"Not much activities & is a safe location. Churches nearby have a daycare & afterschool Ctr and lastly a summer program for students. "
  • Danyell Ward-Ballenger
"A nice college community of people. Lots to do. A bunch of shopping and places to eat. There is public transportation also. "
  • Emilywhite130
"I drive 45 minutes there and back four times a week for college. Easy roads, sometimes a long road you get stuck on. "
  • Emilywhite130
"My commute to college is about 45 minutes. Lots of long roads and fields. Lots of space to pass. Not a very exciting road but easy. "
  • Mr . Minecraft 101
"Theres very little traffic and many other dogs as well as dog parks. But there arent any sidewalks. Also some people dont really like dogs or are afraid. "
  • Macy McKinney
"It’s one of the nicer neighborhoods in greenville for renters. We feel safe and were welcomed by the neighbors when we moved in. lovely place for the area"
  • Antoniobryant38
"I have lived in this neighborhood for three and a half years and some people are friendly, others are not. I have not seen one of my neighbors in a week but that’s ok. It is such a peaceful area. There may be kids playing occasionally but does not bother me."
  • Antoniobryant38
"This neighborhood is is easy access to local restaurants and amenities. The city has great colleges with top notch educators. For the most part this neighborhood is safe and quiet. However, I wish that neighbors would not let their dogs run off the leash. This is an accident waiting to happen."
  • Trulia User
"Upscale area houses are big and high !it is in the center of Greenville which is growing and traffic is bad because not enough roads"
  • Trulia User
" it has a nice updated park and playground with a shelter. It has a neighborhood watch. Everyone follows park rules for the most part."
  • Trulia User
"every person wants to live in a safe area and that has great things and activities for our children that are safe and every neighbor are involved with our children. "
  • Trulia User
"they have a community center for kids in the summer is all we have but really need more , I love trulla it has very nice house's "
  • Trulia User
"it is very peacrfull and everyone is very friendly and helpful. They take care of and look out for each other like an extended family. "
  • Trulia User
"Beautiful neighborhood in the dead center of Greenville. It’s a great location because you’re near everything… but you’re also surrounded by the busiest roads county. If you buy a house here, make sure you aren’t on the main entrance and exit roads.. otherwise you’ll always have cars flying by your house "
  • Trulia User
"There’s a funnel cake truck that is around the park also there is a park that is varied in the stages that it has on the layout. "
  • Trulia User
"it has great out doors and close to lots of stores it's nice and quiet in this neighborhood closer to the hospital and medical centers "
  • Trulia User
"I have been here for thee years and I love the neighborhood. People are friendly and watch out for each other. I had a lost cat and a lot of my neighbors were out looking for her. It is a great place to walk or ride your bike. We are close to several grocery stores, shopping and the mall. There are many great restaurants close by. "
  • Chelsie H.
"I lived in this area for a little over 3 years. The area was mostly quiet, although gunshots and fights would break out occasionally at various apartment complexes in the area. We liked being close to the greenway and the dog park, but college kids don't keep their dogs on leashes and it resulted in my dog and I being attacked several times (she was unharmed each time luckily). This area is a low-cost living area to get your foot in the door until you can get something better. Dog owners be wary of apartments close by and college-aged kids with dogs. "
  • Trulia User
"Just a quiet nice neighborhood!! Best in Greenville . Older people live this way . Mostly retired family . But love the shopping area around here . The area is growing new home development and best school district in the Pitt county . No crime . "
  • Trulia User
"Older people live in the neighborhood! Mostly families . But a great quiet neighborhood . A lot of police officer and sheriffs live in the neighborhood . Great community to live in . "
  • Trulia User
"It’s beautiful and well maintained. The neighbors are all friendly. The hikes are beautiful, it has a homey feeling. "
  • Moorejaco
"Neighbors are the best! Very welcoming and helpful. I really enjoy living in this safe and quiet neighborhood "
  • Greta W.
"Many dogs here but all have responsible owners. I have not seen any dogs running stray in the neighborhood and you don’t hear them bark very often. "
  • Greta W.
"It’s a great neighborhood that is clean and quiet. Neighbors are friendly and take pride in their areas and work hard to keep everything look nice and classy. "
  • Qahtan M.
"It’s quite and the people in it sometimes are nice! It’s just groaning everyday and we need to find a house"
  • Heather B.
"What commute? Lynndale is dead center in the middle of the city. Since Greenville is still a 15-minute city on her busiest days, that puts you 15 minutes away from everything, even on Black Friday."
  • SLR
"Pond to walk around and another nice subdivision on the other side of it. Lots of ppl walking dogs here and there also."
  • Emily C.
"Lots of dogs around. Sidewalks here are good for walking dogs as well. Nice community for dogs. Dog parks are close by"
  • Lauren H.
"There’s a lot of college students here so if that’s an issue I wouldn’t live here. There’s also a lot of racist old people "
  • Emily C.
"It’s a nice area and very well kept up. Sidewalks are well maintained but can’t really walk to restaurants or bars"
  • Kristin.day0502
"Almost every house on this road has a dog inside. There is one outdoor cat that everyone loves, but the cat does not like dogs. It’s a short road, so no long walks. "
  • Luciavargas684
"North Carolina is a calm environment not much to do . The state is very green I prefer Pennsylvania but it seems very exspensive "
  • Lisandra D. C. B.
"Plenty to do outdoors, in community and state parks. A very family oriented city. it's a good place to raise a family. You can find neighborhoods with good public schools and there are also very good private schools. "
  • Luciavargas684

  • Melissa W.
