    "i lived at 1601 153rd ave NE. the immediate area is not built up yet , central ave (hwy 65) traffic is thick with speeds up to 65 mph can be very dangerous . it is not pedestrian friendly (no sidewalks or pathway to walk or bike. so a car is an absolute must. very good shopping though in blaine but no public transportation. "
