    "It is a very quiet neighborhood and family oriented. It has an elementary school within walking distance and many stores close to either walk to or drive to which ever you want to do. There are several fire stations with in 5 miles in case of an emergencies."

    "Close to most necessary places. Very few decent streets in Combee settlement. It has gone down hill and you see a lot of very low income people walking the streets from their homes into the stores and back. There’s also a lot of Peddlers on the street and at the grocery stores asking for money."

    "the pond is full of Lilly pads. great place to fish in nearby lake. neighbors are nice. the trash is a community dumpster at the end of the circle. some have more then two cars in there slowed parking space and park in the grass."
