Community Description

Alden's Reach is Thorndike Development's newest award-winning community in Plymouth, following the company's success at The Pinehills, Sawyer's Reach, and Summer Reach. Designed for all ages, it brings together spacious condominium homes, a setting rich in natural beauty, and easy access to the best of coastal Plymouth.

Seven floor plans range from approximately 1,671 to 2,648 sq ft across two- and three-bedroom configurations - the scale and comfort many buyers have been missing in the condominium market. Full-size primary suites, open kitchens, living areas that don't feel like compromises. For buyers who want everything on one level, one plan puts the primary suite, kitchen, and laundry all on the main floor with direct entry from an attached garage. Every home includes an attached garage and in-unit laundry.

There's no shortage of reasons to spend time outside. A pool and poolhouse anchor the amenity area, alongside an outdoor kitchen with built-in grills and a fire pit - the kind of setup that makes a summer evening easy. Community gardens, a tot lot, and a half-court basketball court round it out. Walking trails connect directly into 75 acres of protected open space.

From the beach to the conservation land at your doorstep, the best of Plymouth is right outside. The HOA handles exterior maintenance, snow removal, and groundskeeping - more time for everything Plymouth has to offer. Downtown Plymouth's waterfront dining, harbor, and shops are under 10 minutes away. Plymouth Public Schools. Easy access to Boston, Providence, and the Cape via Route 3.

Thorndike Development has been building in Massachusetts since 1983 - 3,500+ homes, 45+ national and regional awards, including national recognition from the National Association of Home Builders and Builder Magazine. Award-winning interior designer Nikkie Gaitan worked on the on-site model and works one-on-one with buyers on finish selections. Sales center open daily, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
