Also, the number of people outside and active is higher here than anywhere I have lived. The active feel is infectious. Last, the neighborhood has a quality park system that allows for a variety of activities throughout the year. Included in this is a summer concert series that is a lot of fun for the neighborhood. In general, the neighborhood provides a phenomenal combination of safety, activity and community when compared with surrounding areas. "
