NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe staff and definitely the principal have been very inconsiderate. At the beginning of the year they requested to send in toys for my child for rainy days (I support this). I didn’t have any at home he wouldn’t miss so I decided I’d wait and buy something simple. I was sent 4 letters in the first 2 weeks about these toys and finally sent one back requesting that they be considerate as I haven’t had the money. I had full intentions of sending them but did not need to be badgered. My husband was late one day to pick up our son while I was at work. The staff was completely rude about the incident even though I had apologized and tried to explain. The principal ended up threatening to send the police to my home if it happened again. I haven’t had the money to by extra snack and so have missed sending a snack for my son this week (only 2 days) and the teacher send me a note asking that I remember to send one. Again very inconsiderate and I sent the note backing asking again to please be considerate that funds were tight this week. Definitely feel out of place with this school. And could employ more kind, considerate, and understanding staff!!Parent Review1y ago1 Reviews - Franklin-Simpson Middle School

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageFranklin-Simpson Middle School has a welcoming and positive environment. The adults are skilled at their jobs, and they really care about the kids. My kids had a very, very positive experience at FSMS.Parent Review2y ago4 Reviews - Franklin-Simpson High School

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageFranklin Simpson High School currently ranks in the lower 19% of Kentucky schools. The state department of education recently came in to audit the school and staff. This report will be released between Feb, and March 2012. After being involved with this school system for many years I have transferred my child out. There is a total lack of discipline, leadership and morale at the high school.Parent Review14y ago7 Reviews - Lincoln Elementary School

"Mature trees and established long term neighborhood. Most of the residents are older and always eager to great you. Always very quiet and very little traffic. 4th of July is always awesome. You can sit anywhere outside and see fireworks in every direction. Most of the neighborhood residents set off fireworks. "
