    "This is a really nice community. The standard of the homes are really high and they represent excellent value for money being so very close to uptown and South Park. Its close to South Blvd where the niceness of the neighborhood goes down, but where it is is just fine. Its super safe and crime is almost non existent. Id completely trust UPS to leave packages on the step and no doubt if it started to rain someone would pop it in their garage and let you know - its like that. The HOA is very good, with a lot provided like a nice gym and an awesome pool, plus the grounds are very nicely irrigated and maintained. Pulte is building homes and that makes a mess but they should be done quite soon and they do a decent enough job of cleaning up."
