"I lived in area for 3 years. Not gonna lie. Some places like moncrief are pretty sketchy but as long as you avoid it it should be ok. "
  • Joygivens
"I live near the airport. It’s very rural and quiet. I will probably move in like 3 years to be near waterfront property "
  • Kristi
"There’s limited sidewalks and the only dog park on Rogero doesn’t have a secured fence to let your dogs run safely. "
  • Trulia User
"There’s only certain areas I feel it’s safe for my kids to play. It’s a busy street and there’s a lot of foot traffic also. "
  • Stephen Serling
"I don’t really want to answer this portion of the questionnaire but appreciate that you’re taking this survey. "
  • Fdgreen10
"It’s a nice neighborhood but it’s kind of dirty for real. Other cities in Florida are a lot cleaner in my opinion. "
  • Ricardo Johnson
"Very nice neighborhood. Friendly neighbors, quiet neighborhood, great clubhouse. Have lived here since 2006 and loved it"
  • Zpdzv6gjpj
"Jacksonville sucks. Don’t move here your better off not even living in Florida, guns and drugs everywhere. Moncreif is the only safe place "

"I live her it’s a great place to live in a good community I enjoy my time here I been here over 1 year "
  • Tanya Hearin
"Plenty of parks and family friendly events. Especially in the Riverside area. Most areas are safe. With any area, caution should be taken. "
  • Cassandra Clinton
"Sidewalk is not fully accessible due to construction, other than that they would not have any issues. "
  • Stareddy1
"18 minutes to the beach, town center, St. augustine, downtown. Centrally located. Lots of families , grocery stores, shops, and medspas "
  • Trulia User
"Lux is crime People don’t pick up their dog’s poop. The dog park is full of fleas and one dog was attacked. "
  • 67mfy6mztw
"There are usually loose animals wandering around and you just have to be on guard while walking your dog here"
  • Cassandra Clinton
"The neighborhood is very quiet. The neighbors are friendly and look out for each other. Most people keep a manicured lawn and maintain curb appeal, which is a plus. "
  • Chandrasolis
"I’ve lived in this neighborhood for nine years and I love it here. It is very peaceful and quiet. The property is well kept with improvements being made regularly. The location is central to everything with short drives to downtown or the beach, and grocery stores and a gym in walking distance. Best of all to me are all the trees that surround the entire development. They are lush and gorgeous. It’s a lovely place to live. "
  • Morichele782
"Not really sure. Mine are grownups, but I do see lots of children of all ages and a small park near by where they seem to like and play. "
  • Juaneromeromeza
"Don’t let your kids walk by themselves because is a lot crazy drivers and homeless people in the all city "
  • Kelly Jenerou
"We live in a cul-de-sac where our neighbors are all friends with us. We do fire pits when it is cold enough. Enjoy each others company. Watch our kids grow up together. "
  • Kathy Coopmans
"Safe and great public transportation.quiet. Beautiful nature and river /creek life all around. Wish that wee see could stay here many more years."
  • Richardcstein
"I have a car but there’s a bus station at the end of the street. Traffic is not that bad but it can get congested during rush hour. A car is definitely recommended in Jacksonville."
  • Bolden.c22
"like the dog park, long walking trails, also how friendly other neighbors are. The environment is friendly "
  • Cecetarget68
"We have acres of land. Our dog have room to roam. We have a fenced in area for him too. We do get wildlife out here. Need to keep pets safe. He enjoys being outside. He likes to run around, without a leash. However there is a really busy road near by. Leash is recommended for by. "
  • Judith De La Cruz
"The city hall feria every month Some many food trucks and activities for all ages , plants sale, children’s activities, you can walk around the feria. And the people is very nice "
  • Cassandra Clinton
"None at all. It’s a very quiet community. There aren’t a lot of kids during Halloween. There aren’t too many events that occur nearby. "
  • Cecetarget68
"Its rural where I live. Building to fast. Not enough schools. Roads are busy. Children should not have to walk on this busy of a road with no sidewalks to bus stop. Not safe with speed of road. But most neighbors are nice and friendly. Jacksonville is growing rapidly. I’ll miss the quiet and safe neighborhood. Hopefully it doesn’t get to bad. "
  • Michyluvspink
"It’s not community. A lot of people have lived here for a long time so there are not a lot of young kids in the neighborhood. Most people maintain their house as well."
  • Adnel Rodriguez
"By vehicle to places I need to go. Unfortunately, not everywhere I need to go is close to where I live. But I live in a good location. "
  • Kyle Taylor
"Close to everything where you want to go to the beach or downtown your 20mins either way. Also shopping is located close by"
  • fval0r
"this area is not popular for trick or treating and their aren’t a lot of children. Parks are well maintained but often empty. "
  • Richardcstein
"In my neighborhood (Arlington), we have cookouts and spend time with neighbors hanging out. Also, the neighbors look out for each other houses and any suspicious activity in the neighborhood. "
  • Kathy Coopmans
"Good access to get everywhere. I have been working from home. Jacksonville access without bottlenecks in travel is Good; either to the Beach, to Town Center, other Neighborhoods and to St Augustine is typically very smooth."
  • Brenna Rose
"It’s nice for walks but the side roads have zero sidewalks, so you’d have to walk a good 5blocks then cross the street staying on the same road in order to walk on a side walk and not down a road with usually cars parked on the sides blocking the only two car spaced road as is so it’s sketchy with traffic. Also then poor babies feet are on hot Florida asphalt. "
  • Ralo_2017
"THE AREA IS SAFE AND NO ROBBRIES NOR ASSAULTS IT IS NEAR ALL KIND OF STORES AND GOOD NEAR THE AIRPORT NEAR THE XOO"
  • David Cooter
"We go to the American Legion in Jacksonville Beach, the beach for fun, bars and travel to the surrounding areas for fun. Love challenge 22 rides and boots on the ground. Bike week in Daytona "
  • Gbaroutjian
"Very nice community to live in friendly , pet friendly safe, schools are good, closer to businesses. "
  • Gbaroutjian
"Nice area relatively to live in, affordable. Shops convenience ease of reach is here. Needs more money to develop better"
  • Lisamurphy85
"Blue Angels fly right over our house and common area every fall for their show. Close proximity to San Marco, Town Center, St Augustine, Beaches, 9A and 95. "
  • Vanessa88880
"The backyard lakes most houses have are a beautiful view. A wonderful sunset every day. The lakes are well maintained and clean. "
