"View of mt. Rainier is unbeatable. City amenities with a small town feel. Close proximity to seattle but away from the hustle and bustle. We love the small community. "
  • Jason C.
"It sucks. Even the side roads into the city are bad. If you don’t have to go far from town it’s not too bad, otherwise you may as well use the bus and train "
  • Adrienne T.
"We have cul-de-sac parties, and all the neighbors get together. The HOA has Halloween decorations competition and Christmas competition. "
  • Stanley A.
"Beautiful place, safe for raising children Close to rivers, parks and hiking. Opportunity for developing a community "

  • Michael F.
"Depends on the day, but generally long as I work up north. I don’t mind the drive as the scenery is beautiful. "
  • Hpowell292012
"There are no dog parks to take your dog to. However there is a lake near by to take them to so that they can swim if they like to swim."
  • Meghanne R.
"lots of loose dogs off leashes. so be aware of them. none have been aggressive. kids in the neighborhood love the dogs, actually we all do, with a few exceptions. "

  • Jr G.

"Driving to and from work in moderate traffic. This neighborhood is near Middle & High schools, roads can get congested on certain days at certain times. "
  • bcs
"Most decent jobs are going to be 20 miles North or South from Bonney Lake. Both directions to major cities have long commutes if you work a regular 7am-3pm job. The only way to avoid commutes is to work in Bonney Lake or work night shifts. We’re looking at relocating because the commute is so long."
  • bcs
"Traffic is terrible, too many people moving here without infrastructure needed to support population increase. Plan on moving soon. "
  • Annie H.
"We live in Tehaleh, a new neighborhood in Bonney lake that has its own coffee shop, schools, playgrounds, and over 20 miles of beautiful trails!"
  • lizard
"It's alright. The houses are super expensive and most people could never live here. It's overpriced and not even that great. Too many hills. "
  • Irina H.
"we are right by lake tapps ans every Wednesday night is kids night at Allen york park during the summer months. "
  • Victoria H.
"Terrible commute to Seattle. Best to drive to Sumner and take the train. Summer is about 20 minutes away."
  • Dustine T.
"It is close knit and I know where my kids are and if they are safe .. I’m comfortable with them walking to Lakeridge if need be "
  • Victoria H.
"No sidewalks. Sometimes owners let their dogs off leash. My small dog got bitten by a German Shepherd."
  • Doug Taylor
"Ive' lived in this neighborhood for 33 years. I have great neaighbors and close to everything you would need."
  • Mcgivneylaura
"Everyone has dogs or cats and everyone watches out for each others pets. It is a wonderful little area and for the most parts dogs are very welcome and safe"

  • Harley a. u.
"Great neighborhood. I have lived here for 5 years. Great place to raise a family. Friendly neighbors"
  • Krinerealex
"I’ve lived in Bonney Lake a little over a year now. It’s a pretty friendly town. You still people on the corners with help me signs. I believe that’ll be wherever you reside. As long as you like to be near the mountains and nature, Bonney lake is a good place for you. I have a child and two German Shepard’s and it seems that they like living here as well. "
