The principal at Canerun Elementary does not care about the children's educational or emotional well being. Canerun elementary has horrendous test scores and expectations compared to neighboring schools. The principal has several occurances and the board of education has done nothing to interfere. There have been recorded instances of her lieing on parents stating she was threatened or felt intimidated when there was 0 cause and proof of such. I don't recommend Canerun Elementary to anyone.

Western has transformed into a STEM and magnet school for.game.design, culinary,coding and health sciences.Staff and faculty put the kids first. The children are accepting of all amd have created their own culture. wish there was a little more parent involvement,but it's understood as people have to work excessively to make ends meat.

While I was in this school I’ve noticed that they’ve often babied or favored the bad kids who were always on suspension, giving them candy or talking to them with respect and then turn to the honor roll students and talk to them with just disrespect and like they’re stupid. Some of the teacher there actually love their job while most of the others clearly don’t. One teacher I had constantly made racist remarks to me and others, multiple teachers made students uncomfortable, and vice principals often yelling or cussing out kids. Just not a good school.
