"I lived in the neighborhood for 4.5 years and found it to be a great place to live. It is far enough away from the beach crowds to be a pleasent place to live year round, however you can be in the middle of the action with a short 15 minute ride to Ocean City or Fenwick Island."

"I live and work in West Fenwick Island. It is a wonderful place and I would recomend anyone thinking of moving to Delaware to check it out. Loads of friendly people and easy access to local beaches. Shopping is great and trafic is moderate."

"I live in this area and the people are wonderful. there are loads of people who live year around and lots of activities to keep you busy. It is only 3 miles to the ocean and the beach is wide and free no cost to park. I would recommend this area to anyone. There are sidewalks so you can walk to everything. "
