  • M9ypk8sjdn
"None that I know off. You have to go to Old Town which is 1-1/2 to 2 miles away for community events (and for a weekly Saturday Farmer’s Market asked about in earlier question)."
  • Trulia User
"Although there are nice parks where I live, most of the family friendly neighborhoods reside in an enclosed neighborhood called Cameron Station. There is a beautiful library and it's close to Van Dorn Metro. There is a lot of traffic and some have pockets that are unsafe. The area is not pedestrian friendly. Lots of dog parks. Not stroller friendly. Eisenhower seems to have the least amount of crime but it is a busy street during the day. LA Mart is a great source for Asian groceries. The area has almost everything you need in a short distance. Schools aren't rated the best."
  • Trulia User
"It’s historic and beautiful! I’ve lived here for three years and I don’t want to move anywhere else. "
  • Trulia User
"It’s a family friendly neighborhood. I barely see my neighbors. There’s shops and restaurants nearby. Good location for commuters because it’s close to DC and on the borderline of Arlington. "
  • Trulia User
"Great location and safe to walk around. Will stay here as long as I am in the DC area. Walkable to Del Rey and free public transport to the pentagon using the DASH busses."
  • Trulia User
"Fantastic park space and bike path walk to everything and don't even need a car so Brandon can't control you...yay"
  • Trulia User
"This has all kinds of neighborhood festivals. Fireworks on New Year’s Eve. ***************************"
