"Dog park is relatively small and most dogs that go there are smaller breeds. Although you can walk your dog on the sidewalk there is a lot of busy roads. The best place to walk your dog is at North Augusta Greenway; paved trails and beautiful view."

"There is certain racial hostility here. Yes the area is somewhat “diverse” but there are still some racial issues that I see everywhere that I had to get used to when I moved here. So I’d suggest being cautious if you are a family of color moving here."

"This is a very safe and family oriented city. Neighborhood stead are always well kept, neighbors are always friendly and houses are beautiful. The cost of living in North Augusta is low with property taxes being affordable, and this was one of the factors that appealed to us. House prices are average comparing to neighboring cities like Evans and Martinez in Augusta, GA. There is significant new construction in the area, specially off of Exits 1 and 5 on I-20. Downtown restaurant are great and varied and the new baseball park off the river is a great attraction. Downtown Augusta and all the night life is just minutes from North Augusta. Over all, North Augusta is a great place to live and raise a family."
