"Pet friendly community, we take care of each other pets. Mostly of us leash and scoop after, nothing really big to complain about this. Pueblo, city do decent maintenance on the parks and keep dog bags available for us to use them. "

"Nice and quiet place to live Traffic is not an issue except big interceptions. Perfect to grow a family and relatively close to bigger cities like Colorado Springs or Denver in case you want to have big city benefits like a concert etc. "

"We love this home and would like a person to enjoy the peaceful area. Close to ALL school levels. Park two blocks down and Grade School about four blocks either way. Stores are a skip away. The area at night is VERY quiet. We are two adults and we love it here with hardly any children living on this block. "

"There are a lot of families with young children in the neighborhood. Houses are generally well kept, traffic is light, the entire neighborhood has sidewalks, there are multiple parks, walking trail off the street - very family friendly and very quiet."
