"Only move to this area if you work in the area OR WFH. If you have to get on i10 in rush hour you will hate your life, i10 crawls during rush hour. If you take 99, be advised that it is an expensive toll "

"great access to hwy 6 and there is alot of stores and food options around. plus traffic isn't to bad. also love the jogging trails and parks they have in the area lots of families and kids around. the schools in the area are also great I went to most of them asni grew up in the area been here for 33 yrs and don't plan on leaving "
