"I have lived here outside of Bulverde and Boerne,Tx. for over 23 yrs.. People own acres here vs close neighbors like the city. however, we know each other and are kind and helpful should you ever need them. Activities are planned including an occasional farmers market and we are close to GUADALUPE national park so there is kayaking, etc. opportunities. "

"The entire neighborhood is fenced and gated so even if your dog gets out it’s still pretty safe. Fences are allowed in yards for containment as well. "
