"I have not heard of any community events in the five years I’ve lived in this area. It doesn’t look well kept. The city makes more of an effort in richer neighborhoods. However, it feels homey to me and I think some of the best people live in around here. "

"Wonderful area with easy access to downtown Fort Worth, to The Mid Cities area or Dallas. Lots and lots of shopping within 10 minutes of the neighborhood."
- David

"Those who live here love our neighborhood, especially the large trees, friendly neighbors, private country club, but this neighborhood is best for retirees and professional couples and singles without children due to poor schools & very few children in the neighborhood, Has a small town feel, yet only 10 minutes to world renown art museums, dining, performance halls, & sports venues. This area is a hidden jewel!"
