What Locals Say about Greenville

"This neighborhood is is easy access to local restaurants and amenities. The city has great colleges with top notch educators. For the most part this neighborhood is safe and quiet. However, I wish that neighbors would not let their dogs run off the leash. This is an accident waiting to happen."

"Beautiful neighborhood in the dead center of Greenville. It’s a great location because you’re near everything… but you’re also surrounded by the busiest roads county. If you buy a house here, make sure you aren’t on the main entrance and exit roads.. otherwise you’ll always have cars flying by your house "

"I have been here for thee years and I love the neighborhood. People are friendly and watch out for each other. I had a lost cat and a lot of my neighbors were out looking for her. It is a great place to walk or ride your bike. We are close to several grocery stores, shopping and the mall. There are many great restaurants close by. "

"I lived in this area for a little over 3 years. The area was mostly quiet, although gunshots and fights would break out occasionally at various apartment complexes in the area. We liked being close to the greenway and the dog park, but college kids don't keep their dogs on leashes and it resulted in my dog and I being attacked several times (she was unharmed each time luckily). This area is a low-cost living area to get your foot in the door until you can get something better. Dog owners be wary of apartments close by and college-aged kids with dogs. "
