"This location is very convenient there are several grocery stores within a five mile radius. There are lots of parks and some of the most beautiful views of lake Washington and the snow capped mountains even in the summer. It is a very family friendly neighborhood."

"I’ve lived here for almost 4 years. We live it here because we’re very centralized to all the conveniences, grocery stores (not to mention PCC is right done the street from us), and about 20 minutes to Bellevue/Seattle or any other lovely cities and towns. Lots of trails and parks. Great for families with kids."
