What Locals Say about Downtown

  • Amber Ament
"Access to the trail is a plus for dog owners but the lack of local dog parks is a major downfall. "
  • Alexandra D. .
"Walking distance to grocery stores, bike path, and shopping. Lots of local restaurants nearby. Good dogs. "
  • Cdodge01.cd
"Lots of dogs around here. Some well behaved, some not. The ones who are not are yappy. Plenty of parks around here."
  • Ankur C.
"You don’t feel lonely as this area is always buzzing with something . The summers are the best time as all the festivals happen here."
  • Tyler W.
"It is close to the river trail. There are a lot of dog owners around. There a free poop bags at multiple locations along the trails."
  • Malia K.
"We love living downtown. Family of 3, lived here since I was pregnant, and it's been an amazing place to raise our kid. As the saying doesn't go - it's a great place to live, but you wouldn't want to visit there... Redmond as a whole can be a bit staid, but downtown has gotten much more to our tastes over the years - more non chain restaurants, more downtown events, and best of all, the downtown, which has always been walkable is now walked. :)"
  • Emanuel R. A.
"Short and nice in the morning, around 20 minutes from East Gate. In the evening, it’s the complete opposite. ~45minutes. Lots of traffic and bad drivers"
  • Marchelitartusa
"no community just a lot of job location families looking for a near location to microsoft. there are no block acitvities there are parks and the activities there are the one that brings comunity"
  • Sarah F.
"Been here for a year, always safe and clean with little homeless wandering around. Everything you could need close by."
