    "There’s a walking trail near by with doggie bags at the beginning hang end, couple trash cans. Lots of dogs in the area and in general sidewalks everywhere "

    "Access to bus routes on major roads, and regional rail into the city. Otherwise I drive to most things. The center of town is on a main road, walking is possible but not super safe. Neighborhoods are safer and family friendly. "

    "I lived almost across King Rd. from this property for about 35 years. Since I have moved, I drive past here at least twice a week. It was at first a rural area, with families and elderly folks. Then, it seems that there are more early 20's , more development, more cars, etc. Now, it seems that the community is getting together again, and there are more parks, restaurants, shopping, etc. It is still a nice area and if it keeps adding more nice places to get together, and clean up it will be wonderful. It needs more sidewalks to connect with the town of Malvern."

    "I now live in Westtown, also in gorgeous Chester County, which is approximately 5 minutes from this side of Newtown Square. (This section of Newtown Square is in Chester County while most of Newtown Sq. in in Delaware County). Sorry but I'm terribly partial to the country side of Chester County! I work in Wilmington a short commute from the area! "

    "There is a state park nearby and a small playground on-site and within a mile. It is close to shopping and movie theaters. It was quiet with mostly professional singles, young families or retirees when we lived there. The end units tend to be best. We moved after i got pregnant again; it was fine with one child. My neighbors were friendly. "

    "It is a safe and beautiful place to live, but there is nothing to do out here. After living in the city for so long, I find this area very boring. I know the school are great, but I want my children to live where there are things for them to other than play dates. Plus, there isn't any dog parks. I was told that you can't buy a loaf of bread anywhere in the township. I don't why people would be proud of that. This place is not reality. "
