"this area has no sidewalks, minimal street lights, and can get decent amount of traffic. However a lot of nature around so that is nice."
  • vincent t.
"Good neighborhood feel. Good middle class vibe. Schools are good not great and that is just fine for us. Taxes are very reasonable and so is the price of homes. As I said a solid middle class area where people still really take care of their homes. We had friends visit from Philly. They couldn’t believe the amount of pride people took in homes of that stature. They were blown away. Western PA is a special place"
  • Jeffreydm88
"The park is wonderful for young families. The area is becoming more ethnically diverse which is great. The homes are generally well kept and the lawns are ok. If you find that important. "
  • Tom W.

  • Tltc3333
