    "Upper Roxborough does not make you feel like you're in the city. It is a Historical area and is surrounded by Fairmont Park, which I never heard anyone else say that it is the oldest and largest city, Park in the Country. I have only good things to say about Roxborough. If you are looking for whole package with a very stable area, you found it in Roxborough. Take care and enjoy."
