"I’ve lived here for 9 months. It’s a nice and quiet area. The area is a bit pricey but you get what you pay for. I’ve had no issues thus far. The area is a pet friendly area. "

"It’s not. Just like most neighborhoods. One plus is how close the I95, Rte 1, and Turnpike are to the area. "

"A great street to live on with only 18 homes and plenty of parking unlike the others in the neighborhood! A definite plus. A frame roof provides years of hassle free flat roof coatings and extra maintenance, also a great source for added interior attic storage. Walk out lower level is great for private access. Parrish members of Our Lady of Calvary get FREE tuition in this zone with your membership."
