"I’ve lived her my whole life so far and can’t imagine living anywhere else. Besides neighborhood is great it’s so convenient to other areas in the City, like Southside, Waterfront and Shadyside just to name a few. "

"I love this neighborhood! My neighbors are very friendly and introduced themselves right away. The houses on the street are kept up and the yards are mowed. It is so close to the waterfront! There is always parking in the front of the house."

"Close to all shopping, hospitals, restaurants, parks--safe area, great neighbors, fenced-in yard perfect for pets, recently renovated, including updated kitchens and bathrooms, newer furnace and central A/C, back deck, wonderful view of the city. Finished basement with updated bathroom makes great guest quarters. Lots of storage! Security system. Refrigerator, gas stove, washer and dryer included. "
