"My neighborhood is right between major roadways that make commuting convenient and easy. Everything between groceries, pharmaceutical needs, dining in, takeout, to mall outlets are all within a short few minutes of driving if not walking distance. "

"I have easy access to route 1, I-95, railroad stations which go straight into town and there is the mall and shopping centers very close by. So everything is very easy to get to. It is situated in a private development but in close proximity to shopping, and public transportation and the big highways to get practically anywhere."

"The schools in the area, crime rate, knowing that you can let your children play out front or in the yard and they will be ok. There is a sense of family and community in this area. Pelops take pride in their homes and how they look and pick up after each other "

"It is a great neighborhood to live and raise children. I personally know I can ask my neighbors for simple favors and have over my house and at the same time have my privacy. They are currently making it an even nicer place to live and I'm happy to say I live here."

"I have lived here for 30 years and so happy to say I do. The crime rate is very low, there are no half way homes in the township which can bring the morale completely down as well as decrease the property values and increase drug use to our neighborhoods. It's a beautiful, quant town to live and raise a family."

"It depends on the time of day and weather. On a good day it takes about 45 minutes to get into the city by car. I do not use public transportation. Going to work is a 30-minute drive to York Road on a good day, but has taken up to an hour to get there. "
