"Great access to bus and light rail station which has a station right across the interstate which is easy to reach on foot. Immediate access to interstate and surface roads into city. Trip time can vary between 25 minutes to 45 minutes by auto depending upon time of day and traffic. Public transportation is safe, dependable and convenient leaving time to relax, read or get work done. "

"I’ve lived in this neighborhood for a few years and it’s the closest I’ve felt to community since I lived on an island. I run into neighbors and we wave and smile. Woodstock and Mount Scott area has everything you need without venturing outside it. And yet it is so close and easy to explore all that Portland has to offer!"

"There’s quite a bit of crime that takes place near Foster Rd at night. I’ve the years, ive had my vehicle stolen and there was a homicide approximately 5 years ago"

"I've lived in the neighborhood for 30 years. Friendly, respectful neighbors and a quite neighborhood makes this an enjoyable place to live. I also like that within walking distance are restaurants, cafes a local businesses."

"Awesome community, I know neighbors by name two blocks up and down. Block parties in the summer, lots of neighborhood children, neighbor watch and community email threads make this a very pleasurable and safe place to live for a family."
