"It's a safe, quiet area with a great neighborhood feel. Some things for kids to do in nearby Union Square, there's a Barnes and Noble and a Whole Foods, Trader Joe's and a bunch of other grocery stores. "

"It’s a wonderful neighborhood. Convenient to all parts of the city. Great schools. Very safe. Two Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods walking distance among others. And some of the best restaurants and convenient shopping. It’s a beautiful place to live with wonderful parks and a great community. "

"I’ve live here and it’s the best neighborhood. Safe and convenient, living in the city of dreams. Kips Bay is a neighborhood in New York City, New York with a population of 35,067. Kips Bay is one of the best places to live in New York. Living in Kips Bay offers residents an urban feel and most residents rent their homes. In Kips Bay there are a lot of bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and parks."

"A wonderful neighborhood where you can make friends and people are always willing to help each other. Schools are close by and there are many playgrounds for kids. There are great restaurants as well as Fairway, Trader Joe’s, Target, and Bed,Bath, and Beyond coming soon."
