    "Marcellus is a great town to live in. It is safe, quiet, friendly and walkable. East Maple Terrace gets no traffic, except for the people who live on this street, and is a great street for kids. It's close enough to the village to walk to school, but the school does technically provide bus service. Couldn't ask for a better neighborhood!"
