"There are many dog owners. There is a large park nearby to walk the dog. Most dogs owners pick up after their dogs. The streets are busy and a highway is nearby therefore it very important to keep a dog leashes. "

"There are many walking parks, beaches, and stores in this neighborhood. I have lived here fir 20 years and have enjoyed myself with my family. There’s easy access to I-95 & Hutchinson River Parkway as my east access routes to many other parkways and highways. There’s a great diverse population that are both friendly and hardworking. Public transportation is only steps away, and there are so many stores, schools, libraries, and so much more. "
