"Speeding traffic. Busy side street. People will be going well over the speed limit. Nobody stops at the stop signs. "
  • Noelhicks232
"Great place to live!! We love this area. We are adamant to stay in this area for our kids. They love the schools. And we feel safe. "
  • Lovella F.
"I see lots of people walking their dogs in this neighborhood, lots of bikers and joggers as well. Depending on how your dog feels about people it could be good or bad."
  • Flyhighflowerchild711

  • Flyhighflowerchild711
"It’s a dirty pocket in a beautiful old neighborhood. It’s central destination makes it convenient to travel all around Springfield. "
  • rocky11
"Area is close so shopping, major roadways, schools, hospital and is centrally located in Springfield."
  • Pigputty1
"I've grown up here & highly recommend it. For the most part the schools are good, but I would avoid Jarrett if at all possible. Not as safe as it used to be (just like anywhere), but still much better than other places for sure. Being near enough to walk to Phelp's Grove park is awesome!"
  • Jackiejune
"Quiet street of well maintined homes close to hospital, health care, shopping. Of all the places in the United States where my husband and I could have lived, we chose to live here."
